I will be traveling to BKK via Hong Kong. The ED meds I have been prescribed must be kept refrigerated. So I will probably use a 'cold-pack' & carry on. Only wonder if LAX security or Customs in China & Thailand would be a problem. I will have a physicians note but it will be in english. Any thoughts or suggestions ?

Frndawg, I've never had a problem going with it to Thailand... nor have I ever had a suitcase opened by Thai customs.
