Stayed here last trip at the recommendation of a friend. Had a reason to stay out of the Sukhumvit area, so I gave this place a try. Decent enough place at 1500 baht a night.

Nothing real special. Huge comfy bed, fridge in the room, crappy furniture other than the bedroom, no problems with girls, good hot water, hallways a little dingy during the day. Ok free breakfast. At the end of the BTS near the river very close to the Saphan Taksin stop. Kinda nice to stay outside of farang city.
