I randomly booked a room here, so I will let you know how it works out. The hotel is located close to the river near the night market.

It was kind of low end, it reminded a bit of the Hotel Nelson in TJ, sort of a past its prime, but still not bad. It was cheap and located close to the night market. On the other hand, it was far from the newer part of town.
