600 baht, no 'how many nights' bullshit rate, and the place is pretty damned awesome for that rate. Everything the Flipper/Eastiny places have except a pool and it's 100-200 baht per night cheaper this time of year and in the same great beer-bar central location. Room availability is apparently still no problem as well, as we walked in both times (mid-week) and had to wait a grand total of an hour the first time as rooms were cleaned. With Dynasty Inn now 1200 baht a night in Pattaya, there is NO way I can see paying DOUBLE what this place costs. How much (non-boning) time do you really spend in the room in Pattaya anyway?

BTW, the rooms in this place are a LOT nicer than the smelly old rooms at the Apex that go for 500 baht. The rooms here aren't huge by any means, but they're clean and have good air-con, TV, fridge, etc.

You have a website or any contact info? Also, what other rooms are available or is it one size only?

I know this question will sound a bit odd, but what color are the walls? Wondering because a nice white or off-white wall will complement photos...

I'll check wall color in a little bit and report back tomorrow. USB got stuck with a 750 baht bigger room (asking for 3 walk-up rooms was trickier than getting a mere two!), but I didn't visit him there to see it. Maybe he'll comment. Will post a phone number soon, no website to my knowledge.

I just ade reservation for mid-september. 4 night @ 550 baht/night.

The availability of decent rooms at a price like 550 baht a night is a BIG plus for Pattaya on the destination checklist. High season availability may be a little more problematic, though. Lanzan, nice to hear you were able to confirm in advance.

Senator... Last two times i've tried to book they were sold out... this was Feb 28 - March 8 in 2008, and Nov 27-Dec 2 in 2007.

Good Luck... Maybe i will try a 3rd time going back in end of june/ early july.
