Thought I would make a contribution after 2 months.
I went to Macau for 3 nights in mid-January during a return to the Far East.
It was better than ever. Please note I had spent 68 weekends there betwen 1996-98 when living next door in Zhuhai.
The Chinese have left the best and improved on the rest.
Too bad, the weather did not co-operate well.
Regardless, I had 2 a day, every day from the "walk of death" on the P1 level of the Lisboa.

"Walk of Death"
Are you referring to the coffee shop in the shopping alley in the Hotel Lisboa? That is the most wonderful place in all of Macau for me.
We nicknamed it the "reverse fish tank" with us guys sitting in the coffee shop inside chatting with whoever we want and the "sharks" parading up and down in droves!
Yes, I had an average of 2-a-day there too and it was wunderful!
If you were based in Zhuhai, you are probably going to be able to give me more tips on the place as I spent 3 wonderful nights there and it was not enough!
My last night was the best because I targetted and finally got one of the ladies working the drink cafes (who are strictly non-professional) to finally go home with me and she had such smooth skin and a great personality besides looking sooooooo sweet!

Arrived @ 2:00 am.
10 min. thru Customs and 10 min cab ride to Lisboa.
5 min. check-in, 3 min phone call, 1 min. for elevator to P1. "Engines started" @ 2:59 a.m.
Selection at that time of the morning was superb (one must execute self-control).
