Poked my head into this place and noticed a lot of beautiful girls here. Most of these girls are very low mileage as there are very, very few mongers that frequent these places. I ordered a beer and had about 8 girls sit at my table talking to me in a hodge podge of English, Thai and minimal Lao (I just started learning). I bought drinks for the girls as the drinks were cheap and left after an hour to go to other clubs. You could stay at this place and you'd be fine. There is another place called the Samlo Club that is supposed to be equally as good.

Go to the Chess Cafe around the witching hour. There's going to be some ex-pats and the like there getting a dance groove on with some locals. Any of the girls hanging at the bar area are fair game but you may need to make the first move, make eye contact, etc. It's a low key scene in old LAos but theyr'e just waiting for an opening. Dance a little and wait for a great moment for the two of you to slip out together. While there may be few if any official houses of delights, there are girls there and they won't run more than $20 for the entire night if you play the cards correctly.
