Small 6-story place on Mabini, next to a corner restuarant near LA Cafe, Amazonia, and G-Point. Great spot if you're passing thru for a night. 6th floor is an open air bar and restuarant. Aussie owned. Small rooms, old place but everything worked. 1,200 pesos per night.

Now the upstairs in enclosed and has AC. Is it actually on del Pilar(?).
