Yes it is correct. Nui and Saeng was smart enough to put a banner up at the station so you can see it. It is practically right underneath the station. There was another interesting thing that occurred during my visit to Tulip today. I walked in and there was a Thai man (potential customer) at the counter talking to the women in charge. Not knowing at that time whether he was a customer or what I asked the women if Fa was available. "No, she on holiday," I was told. I then asked whether I could see the book with the pictures of the girls. "No book." Then I asked if I could go downstairs to see the girls available. "No girls available." Throughout all this, the women, who I had seen at the counter many times before, seemed to develop a noticeable tic and was rather nervous.

As I was getting ready to leave, one of the girls nearby, who was either making up the hair of another, or pretending to, asked me to sit down for a minute and wait. Then after the Thai man left seemingly a bit perturbed the women behind the counter told me that yes there were girls there and so forth, and how she had no use for Thai men and didn't want them as customers. She was apologetic for telling me earlier there were no girls, as there were, in fact, many available. I ended up choosing Nestle based on some prior recommendations.

Given that in Thailand farangs are often surcharged at soapies and so forth, or at some places not allowed in at all, it was kind of nice to be an appreciated farang customer. OTOH, I would prefer if none of these sorts of things went on, and we were all treated equally. But, at least at Tulip, which at least seems to be run by Thais, it is kind of nice to be treated well.

I should add that although one could debate whether the girls are up to snuff in the looks department (IMHO some are, many are not), the service is rather consistently the best I have received anywhere in the world. If anyone should find another place this good, please let us all know.

Many of the usual suspects are still at Tulip. For example, Dao, Teena, Fa, Wee (now known as Nana since she returned a couple of months ago), June (who I had a great session with a few months ago), and many others. The price is still 800 baht for 2 hours (600 for 90 minutes) plus 1500 baht to the girl for multiple pops and in my experience uniformly good service no matter who you pick. As Murasaki noted above, they are open 7 days a week, something like 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (with sessions running until about midnight).

How are the English language skills of these "usual suspects" (and others? Dao and Teena must know some English; apparently they've been around a while in this farang-friendly place--how much do they know? What level of communication is possible?

Can you ask the names of the girls in the line-up?--a little more subtle than asking for the three or four I'd like to check out before deciding on which one I want.

And on the overnights: What time do you get them at night, and how long do they stay in the morning? Presumably you arrange take-out with the receptionist?

I can't wait to get back to Tulip, especially after re-reading my own posts early in this thread.

Given the place does not allow Thai customers, and most customers speak English, the girls need to know at least minimal English, but often not so much more.

I have only done overnights with two girls. One, Teena, was arranged with the receptionist (1,000 baht fee after 10 p.m., more before), and then you negotiate separately with the girl as to her fee. Teena only asked for 1500 baht, as described in earlier posts. The other girl, who shall remain nameless (as I don't know whether what I am going to describe is the norm, nor acceptable to the management) agreed to see me after work, i.e., a little after midnight, a rendevous that was negotiated with her during one of the in-house sessions. She showed up at my hotel and I did not have to pay the house anything. I paid her either 2,500 baht or 3,000; if the latter it would have included a non-obligatory tip as the negotiated fee was 2,500. Remember though this was a couple of years ago as I haven't taken any back to the hotel for awhile.

I can't remember exactly when the girls left, but they need to report back to work somewhere around 10 am. I'm guessing they left around 9.

I went to get my Tulip fix today and should report that in addition to a great session, I also had a substantive discussion in English with one of the girls, who shall remain nameless for fear of retaliation from nationalities who might feel slighted.

Following up on Murasaki's post above, the photo book is very unreliable as many of the girls at Tulip bear little relationship in person (unfortunately) to how they look in their photos in the photo book.

One of the problems at Tulip is it has a large customer base and therefore the better girls get taken fairly quick. Another problem is what is left over can often destroy one's eyeballs.

My first session here was outstanding; so I stopped back a few more times,during my week in bkk, and got the same quality of service from each of the girls I was with. IMHO most of the Tulip girls look better in their pictures than in real life although I guess that is a matter of personal opinion. Last time I was in Bangkok, I preferred Snow White to Tulip. However, in both places it really depended on who was working and available when you showed up.
