Another fellow Hombre advised to call all your credit card companies before traveling out of the country and let them know what you are doing so they don't disable your account due to unusual spending patterns.
I just got through calling all of mine. I also collected the International Collect Numbers for them so I still call them and re-enable the card should they disable the account.
But that brought up another problem. How to call collect from Cambodia and talk to someone who speaks English so they could place the call for you?
I just got a new ATT Universal Credit Card so I called them. 1-800-CALL-ATT won't work from Cambodia. But the equivalent number (from Cambodia only) is 180 088 1001.
When speaking to a customer service representative I was told to dial
180 088 1001 0 (Area Code) + Number to place a collect call from Cambodia.
