I stayed here on my last trip (3D to LOS). Very cozy, laid back, yet somewhat chic Bed&Breakfast right off of Sukhumvit Soi 22. 7 min walk yo Soi Cowboy, 8min to the Asoke Skytrain and the Sukhmvit Subway. They have a great website www.dropinnbagkok.com, where I wrote a longer review under the pen name of dcvinny.
1600baht/night, and they welcome overninght guests free of charge! I'll stay there again, just no pool.

I recently completed my second stay at the Drop Inn, and had another pleasurable stay. The staff remembered me and even gave me my old room again. The night clerk is a cool guy (who is married to the day clerk) and he doesn't make me sign in my guests anymore. I tipped him with a bottle of whiskey, and the way his face lit up you'd swear we were long lost brothers!
I've booked them again for my Febuary trip.
The occasional bottle of Sang Som works wonders with security people.
Manos.

Inever went back to Drop Inn, because I requested the same room twice, and on both occasions they nevre fixed the A/C that I complained about. Also, the shower drain stayed backed up. Wedge stayed in the same room on a separate trip and had the smae problems.
The location, staff and rooms are nice, the price is right, but they just need to take the next step and provide wi-fi and better maintenance for me to consider them again.
