The cottage is placed in North Pattaya beside the Big-C. Its a Complex based on small Cottages, everyone has its little hut.

Nice Rooms for around 650-750,-baht. Very nice large showers, a large Bedroom with a King size Bed. Two medium sized pools in somekind of a tropical garden.
Safety Boxes on the Reception.
No Lardy Charge or Thai ID question. Means no hassle at all.

The rooms are missing some drawers where you can put in your stuff and the mosquitos are killing you if you want to sit outside in the month exept April May, because then you have lots of frogs who take care of them.

If you look for a quite, non expensive room its a good deal.

The cottage is a nice place to stay for the price. As to how far the action is for the main GO-Go places you will need to take a Baht Bus to North Pattaya. it is about a 5-10min ride by Baht Bus. The Advantage of staying at the Cottage is that Big-C shopping center is just across the Soi with lots of places to eat, a movie house and lots of women to see. Within the same area are the 3-major massage palours all within walking distance of your room. Then there is the Soi-2 beer complex, Soi-3 beer complex and ClassRoom-2000. Although the last time I was There it was closed down because of its lewd sex shows. There is also beer-bars on Soi-0 and if you walk further north you will find yourself on Nakula Rd which has quite a few open beer bars a go-go place and massage palour.

for the most part no matter where you stay in Pattaya you will find places to drink, eat and pick up ladies. Don't be afraid of hitting up the ladies who work at the small open air shops, you would be surprised at what you would find.
