Phetchaburi 45 is now open again at the same location (see the general Afterhours discussion for my earlier post on this club). They don't really get going until 3 am but I think you can get in at 2 am. There's a cover charge, but it's not much, don't recall exactly how much. They play western disco/hip hop, and you can buy drinks; I'm told they're open until at least 5 am. It's located on Phetchaburi Rd at Phetchaburi soi 45 in a pretty nondescript restaurant front (you go in, and up the stairs in the back). Sorry I don't have better directions, but it's the only thing open right there, and if you're after 2 am, you'll probably be able to find it by the people going in. The place isn't huge, and when it's packed, it gets pretty sweaty despite the A/C, but it's also a place you can pick up ladies if you either haven't been successful earlier, or want to go someplace after arriving in town from a very late night flight.
