From what I gather Soapy massages that are so enjoyed in Thailand are not generally available in AC.
With the talent pool available for massage work in AC I wonder why no massage place would train thier girls to do this type massage.Most likely it would prove to be very popular.Maybe it could liven up some expats establishment.

To have it run properly like a Thai soapy, you would have to have a Foreign owner run the place. Remember prostitution in the RP is illegal. Having the girls in a fish bowl style massage parlor and all that intales, would put that foreigner at great risk of being arrested.
Even when you have bars doing any type of bold show you always have the door locked so prying eyes can't see. Having the police go inside some of these places happens too often. The bribe to the cops works many times, but sometimes it doesn't. Wish it was different, but sorry that is just the way it is in the RP.
