I was wandering if any one has stayed here?
Through an internet reservation site i can get a superior single/double for 850 baht per night for 4 nights. Pictures seem nice, got refrigerator balcony, tv. From the map it looks to be in good location.
Does anyone know if there is any problems bringing girls back?

i stayed here for a week, late oct to early nov. oct rate was 700B and then moved to 800B for the nov nights. had cable TV not UBC so no ESPN for NFL fans during football season. live games came on around 8am so it was nice to watch from bed with some side action with the gal, but no go here. room was actually pretty big, bigger than the bellla villa prima studio and the whitehouse condotel standard. no fitness ctr but not expected for the price of the room.
i think they had a pool but never saw it. breakfast buffet looked horrible, didn't even try it. walls paper thin, could hear quite a bit and i think noise was coming from more than just the adjacent room (i was in a corner). possible above and or across the hall. i was a bit sick while i stayed here so spent more time in the room than usual.
location was pretty good. not in the middle of any action but could get to walking street or soi 2/3/4 in about the same amount of time. totally guest friendly.
if you are on a budget and won't be spending too much time in the room, this place is pretty good value at 800B for high season rate. internet cafe is very close, go to beach rd and head towards soi 11, you'll see it on your left.

I was there Oct 20 $5000 baht for 1 week!
Ok if your on a budget. Did not like the way you hang your clothes in the bathroom and no dresser, Bed was a bit hard but its cool when fuckin!
Location is great, staff was helpful!

I stayed here in October and it is definitely girl friendly. Nice rooms at a good price. It is not the Marriot or a 5 star resort but a good place and walking distance or short songthaew ride to Walking St.

That's good to hear...have a reservation for 3 nights in March here and the rooms looked great and close to the action. Found a Deluxe room for 930 Baht a night.

Probably the best value in Pattaya IMHO. Cost me 850 baht a night($25US)online. A couple years ago, this place would have cost $17. They remodeled a lot of the rooms. Has a great breakfast buffet in the morning. Service of the staff was superb. Has a tailor on premises that is good and two convenience stores within walking distance. About 100 yards from Walking Street to the baht buses. Probably the thickest towels I have seen at a budget hotel. The room service food was cheap and excellent, especially the Thai food.

By the way, those arent stains on the headboard, just shadows from the pillows.
