For 600 Baht per night, the Lao-Paris hotel is a good deal. TV, air-con, restaurant, etc. Guest friendly, of course - no extra fees.

I always stay there on motorcycle trips. They insist that I park the bike in the lobby for security. Lots of fun riding up the steps after a pub crawl.
