Gentlemen,
Who out there knows how to call a cell phone in Manila...it begins with zero and the country/city code of 011+63+2 does not seem to work.
Any help is appreciated.

Assuming you've got the 10 digit phone number - dial 011 + 63 + 0 + the 10 digit number.
And if that doesn't work, then I clearly don't know what the hell I'm babbling about. ![]()

You drop the initial zero of the local number when calling from international phone- just like when calling a Thailand cell phone.

When in doubt, http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/dialing.html will usually set you strait for calling from anywhere to anywhere.

2 is the area code for land lines in Manilla. A cell phone could not have a 2 prefix. Cell phones will have a diferent prefix based on the carrier.
