I've seen this place from the skytrain several times, so I finally dropped by last night for a recon. It lies exactly half-way between the Phrom Pong and Thong Lo stations, on the south side of Sukhumvit.

I suspect it is a "rub and tug" joint, specialising in handjobs and possibly blowjobs. Price is 1200 baht for 2 hours. The papasan said that you get shower and massage, but no sex. The women in the fishbowl, all older, were dressed in clinical traditional Thai massage joint attire; nothing sexy. If you've been to CP2, think of those women who sit on the far right of the bowl. The place was rather rundown. I think they mostly serve a local clientele. I won't be going back, but at least I finally checked the place out. Another one scratched off the list.
