Another hotel to consider with the same views as the Peninsula at half the cost is the Salisbury Hotel, which is located right next to the Peninsula Hotel. It's a YMCA hotel which has been upgraded. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Be sure to check out the Harbor View Rooms which runs about 700HKD or $90USD. You can do a search on Yahoo or Google for 'Salisbury Hotel Kowloon.' It's worth checking out.
