I'm going to Manila in Feb, and would like to know if anyone can recommend a taxi driver or guide who knows a lot about where to take me. I would like to have something set up before I go if possible. Does anyone have a phone # and a name of someone they've used before?

Need to know a good hotel in Angeles City that's nice, and near the action. I saw an old post about the Apartelle Royal, but can't find anything on them, so I don't know if they're even in business anymore. Can anyone help? Thanks
