Just a thought for those who venture outside Manila and AC. I'm filippino but born and raised in the US. I went for a visit several years ago in 2001 and had to go to my dad's hometown in Laoag City. I went to the red light district and was shocked to see the prices for short time there was P3000. My cousins there said they have gotten for P1500 but the billyboy papasan wouldn't budge under P2000. Has anyone else seen this and is there a reason one would see these crazy prices outside Manila?
