Malioboro Hotel and Spa



Location: On Hayam Wuruk, a little south of Stadium disco across the street from the Dunkin Donuts. It is a huge building. It is hard to miss. (Hope those instructions are correct).

I went there once on my recent trip to Jakarta. I believe MX and Murasaki went twice. MX seemed to know a lot of different ladies and people there and upon entering immediately grabbed two lookers before we were even into the main lounge/nightclub area. But I digress.

From what I recall, there were spa facilities downstairs. This included a locker room to change, shower, hot Jacuzzi and cold pool. Supposedly there was a loft where you could look up at the ladies while relaxing in the Jacuzzi, but there were no ladies on the loft when I was there. MX, Murasaki and I all changed into the “spa uniform” which consisted of shorts, thongs, and a standard massage top. But we skipped the spa facilities and went upstairs to the nightclub. (And as I recall, this was my fault.)

The staircase wrapped around and there was a large area for the nightclub. We could hear the music pumping as we approached. Directly in front of us as we entered the room was a square stage where five or six hot Indonesians were doing a sexy dance routine. Immediately to our left was a long row of tables pushed together where many of the Indonesian ladies were congregating. There were two or three mamasans there who pounced on me to make a selection. But we weren’t even inside the door yet before MX has two ladies by his side.

We eventually made our way to a table and had a nice view of the Chinese congregation area. There were about 15-20 Chinese ladies and many of them were super hot. There was one that had a set of tits Porker would drool over and most had gorgeous faces with incredibly bodies.

Murasaki and I continued to scan the talent while MX settled in with his two cuties by his side. The price there was 350K for Indonesians and 1.5 mil for Chinese. I was SERIOUSLY tempted to take one of the Chinese, but eventually settled on an Indonesian. I also felt a little out of place. The three of us were in the massage/spa uniform and everyone else was in street clothes except for a table of Japanese tourists.

I was turned down on my first two selections at this place, but finally went up with decent looking lady. Upstairs they seemed to have different classes of rooms, but I didn’t inquire about these. I definitely noticed nicer rooms as I was walking through the hallways. My room was spacious and consisted of a queen size mattress on a raised floor. The shower was probably one of the best I’ve seen in the brothels in Indonesian. Unfortunately, the session was average to bad. I didn’t really enjoy myself very much during the session.

The facilities are super nice though. And there is a theater room that is incredibly pimped out with nice chairs and several large viewing screens. I caught Murasaki as he was leaving and chatted with him briefly. MX was still up in the room with his lady/ladies and I was going to try for another session. This place was open until 3am, but I would say after 1am it really starts to thin out. Still, not a bad place to try and pickup another session after other areas close for the night.

But it was getting late and the selection was really starting to thin out. I brought over two ladies and got them the fruit dish and some drinks (at their request), but decided against another session. Caught up with MX and one of the Indonesian guys he knows from the local boards gave us a ride back to the hotel.

Of course, I thought that ride was going to be my last. The Indonesian guy was tailgating and using extreme speed to ride up on people and weave in and out of traffic. And then of course two blocks form the hotel we got caught in the police roadblock of “I won’t accept a copy of your passport” sting. But I must admit, to our driver’s credit, he stuck to his guys and ended up winning the argument against the cop. We eventually were let go without having a pay a fine (bribe).

I talked to Murasaki later during the trip and apparently he went another time. He again got a lot of “bule stink face” as he put it and didn’t seem to have a high opinion of the place. I liked their facilities, but my session was not very good. I may give it a try on the next trip though. I don’t think the place has been properly “bulefied” yet.

This would be the only place I would get turned down at during my four day trip. No other lady refused to “go with me”. This was a dramatic change from my previous trip where I would routinely get rejected in almost every venue I entered before finally finding/settling for a lady that would go with me.

I guess this is the hot new place in town with all the locals and they love going there. It is a nice place and a decent atmosphere. But apparently it is just Hotel Travel ladies that cycle through that you have to pay more for. You can get them at Hotel Travel for what, 285K MX? Still probably worth a look.

Actually, I loved this place. I am still on the learning curve here. They are certainly more ladies available than those in lounge. While sitting outside the lounge my tongue was wagging with all the incredible indo eye candy passing by. Where are they keeping these girls and how can I get a line-up?

Anyway, it's true that 350K locals are Hotel travel girls rotating over (changing pretty much every day) but at Marlioboro, but that is for a 90 minute session. At Travel Hotel, it's 275K (or 285K if you don't get them to dispense with the ridiculous 10K durex charge they love to tack on.) Also, the Travel girls don't like getting rotated over because they just don't get the same number of trips upstairs. Sounds like a bonus to me. Also the mamasan offered to let me take book a girl for LT for 750K, and mentioned that it would cost me 850K at Travel Hotel. Overall, I with the longer session, lower volume, nicer facilities and better party atmosphere, I would much rather session with the girl at Marlioboro rather than Travel.

However, I can see why you and Murasaki were not impressed as you got turned away. But that is the luck of the draw.

I also got to say that the line-up of Chinese girls here was outstanding, as hot I have seen anywhere. I loved there uniforms of T-backs, see through Genie skirts, bras and high heels. The mamasan also mentioned they had Thai and Uzbek girls. But I come to Indo to fuck Indo girls, if I want Chinese I got to China and get them for less than a sixth the price. But they were fantastic eye candy.

That ride home had me white knuckle all the way. I didn't realize our friend was so trashed when I accepted his generous offer to drop us back at the hotel. But he was adept at foiling the cops efforts to get some money. Too bad the road blocks are back after not seeing them for a number of months.

Personally, I think Marlioboro is a pretty damn good new venue, and worth a visit. It's now firmly in my rotation. Shoot even in you don't get laid, the dancers on stage, chinese babe eye candy, awesome sauna, chill out room, and fun Travel girls make it a great place to spend some in between session time. However, if you are looking to get in, get laid, and get out... this is not the best venue for you.

Oh the are usually a mix of folks wearing the pajamas and street clothes. No reason to be uptight about that. Personally I like partying in the jammies. It's great for girls to do package checks.

From my first Indo report: "I really noticed the talent starting to dimish in the Lokasari area so I decided to take a trip to the new massage/hotel called Maroboro(sic). The place is brand new and they were letting people use the facilities for free that day as an intoductory opening. Place is across from Dunkin Donuts on Hayrum Waruk(sic). This place should be hugely popular in the future. The sauna has two different areas and one is completely in hardwood with strong herbs in the steam. The jacuzzi area looks like something out of a Miami mansion. Huge area with flat screens on the wall and a waterfall in the back. The robes are very nice also btw. Go upstairs and there is a reception area straight ahead. To the left is a media area with leather recliners and flat screens. To the right is a bar/cafe. On the right but to the left of the bar is a giant theatre room. Large leather recliners with two giant screens like theatre up front. The seats were at an angle just like a modern theatre. The menu was extensive and not very expensive. Ordered some food and a beer, took a shower and then paid my bill at the front desk of the hotel. I think the total cost was 65,000RP($7)."

Love the place. I wouldnt mind paying the extra for the Indo girls considering the extra rupiah lets you have use of the facilities. I was there during the grand opening so everything was free and no girls and I was very impressed with the service and facilities.

For whatever reason, this place just wasn't working for me the two nights I went. The ironic thing is that the girls are from Travel, where I was having a blast.

The atmosphere was fine, and the Chinese eye-candy was superb. But I got bule-stink-faced on both visits, and the Indo girl selection was lackluster in my opinion. Of course this could all change on future visits, but it didn't make the grade this time around.

On the second visit, I bailed out and went up the road to Angrek to find a cewek to do some horizontal dancing with. As I told the girls that MX and his friends were sitting with when they asked why I was leaving, I said "Because I want to get laid."

Oh, yeah, also got dinged for a 30,000 cover charge on the second visit. At least Travel doesn't do that.

Rats, I missed this place last trip. But it's cool that they have dancers and great facilities; plus its close to where I usually hang. I'll definitely have to check this place out, but I am concerned as I have little self-control when confronted with the Great-Wall-of-China stunners.

BTW: MX, for comparison purposes, are there still plenty of stunners in China like the ones we saw that one night at Classic, or do they export their Major Leaguers abroad? The Chinese girl I had at Classic was showing me a pic of her less than pretty sister and she apparently couldn't make the cut on the visiting team roster.

As for the China girl selection, I thought the Marlioboro line-up was as good as I have seen anywhere (Macau, Singapore, Mainland China, Jakarta) except for the lounge at the Beverly Hill Spa in Jakarta. Of course, you can find girls of such quality without so much difficulty in Zhuhai and China but there are just mixed in with the less good looking girls.

However, Jakarta as a venue for Chinese girls is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay inferior than going to Chang Ping or Zhuhai. In jakarta you are talking about almost US$200 for onsite ST, versus $25 ST in your hotel room. Plus in China the sheer number of girls available is overwhelming. In Jakarta they may be a couple hundred spread across the various Health Centers and Karaokes (with no garauntee of sexcess), while in Chang Ping there are conservatively 3000-4000 working girls not including those on the fringe. So to answer your question, yes of course there local stunners readily available in China. And to further expand, if you want to bonk a bunch of Chinese girls, I have seen no place that comes close to the mainland PRC.

Would seen to be fairly obvious given there are well over 2 billion Chinese girls in PRC. Even Merlin with his fussy tastes should be able to find a doable out of 2 billion candidates!!

Hehe, but half of the 2 billion are dudes I suppose, 3/4ths of the 1 billion left are seniors, infirm, lesbos, young, bad teeth, etc. So that leaves about 250 million to do. Hmmm.

IMO, I'm often amazed at how some smaller countries like Thailand, Indonesia and Colombia, with far few people than China, seem to produce more hotties per acre. Then again, haven't been to Chang Ping, although I thought Macau had some beauts as did some venues in Shanghai.

Marlioboro has increased the cover charge to Rp 100,000. This is what you will pay if you don't take a girl. If you session, the charge is waived. It is definitely a place where you need to be committed to doing a girl, unlike the lookie-loo joints that charge nothing to take a peek at what is on offer.

I just cannot get down with this place.

I went there for the third time recently. My two previous sessions were horrible. This last one was actually pretty good, but I (probably my own fault) ended up picking an 800K Indo lady instead of a 350K Indo lady. Her face was absolutely gorgeous, but her long dress hid some tummy flab from a baby.

I guess the 350K Indo ladies you can get for 285 at Travel. I also felt the Chinese lady selection was not as good as Sumo, which I absolutely LOVE for the Chinese ladies even though they are really expensive at 1.5 million rupiah.

My 800K session was pretty good this time around like I mentioned, but I don't like the facilities charge if you don't session and I don't like the overall vibe in this place.

I never go to this place despite liking the very abundant line-ups. The obscene facility charge is too much for a guy who likes to shop around before making a pull. 800K for single mommy locals, ugh give me a fuking break. It used to be the 500K and 800K locals could be found for 230K the next day in Royal.

Actually I much prefer to go to Classic Club when I want that kind of environment. There you have a simple small cover charge, which entitles you to a drink. And while there line ups are smaller, the setup of the lounge and club is a waaay better. Plus it steps from Joni's Steak! However, I thought the Chinese lie-ups were kind hurting the last couple of visits. But then again after CP and paying 200K to fuck their hotter but more fashion challenged YOUNGER sisters, I always give the Jakarta PRC girls a pass.

Malioboro sucks. It is on Murasaki's blacklist, along with Tropical.

A quick update from a visit the other night. The facility charge now is a more reasonable under 50K. But I would always check this before entering if you are not committed to a girl. Sauna facilities still very good here. Also, you can get a bucket of 4 San Miguel Lights for under $10.

I have historically have hated on this place, and I still do, but I have to give up mad props for the abundance of great import talent here. During primetime, we got shown a line-up of 15+ Russian and FSR girls. While that number is much higher than I have ever seen in a Jakarta venue, I was blown away by the quality. There was some incredible gorgeous girls and most of which did not have fat asses. Amongst the blondes there was a couple of brunettes including and honest to goodness 9. Also, there was a couple of interesting central Asian non-Uzbeks as well. Including one very exotic half russian have mongolian girl. Prices were nosebleed 1.75 million for 90 minutes.

Next up we were presented a line-up of about a dozen Spanish girls. Three were from Mexico and the rest claimed to be from Espanana. And they looked the part with no apparent Indian blood in them. But most suprising was the quality - well over half were in the solid 7 range.

Next we got a line-up with about half a dozen Thais and four Viets. Thai girls were all fair skin and all but one or two plain and old looking. One of the other was very tall and gorgeous - I wanted to call for a cock check to see if she had always been a man. Viets were nondescript sort of petite and cute.

Mainland China line-up was a good 25-30 girls. Many of them gorgeous stunners of the typical SEA mei mei circuit. There was one shorter girl with a huge beaming dimpled smile (one of me achilles heels) and aboslute HUGE set of hooters (my other achilles heel.) But I suspect they were man made as well as here suspiciously conspicuous bridge on here nose. But I managed to slap my hand before making a poor decision to puke $175.

The mommy said thay had some Pinays and Korean girls. But all were getting jiggy with it upstairs with customers.

The was a group of 800K local who all ugly fat and had fairer skin than average.

They had two 350K for one hour local line-ups. One line-up had fewer girls and suprisingly I did know any of the girls and none seemed to recognize me. Also this line-up had a good number of really hot girls. The other larger line-up had they usual ex kota-indah/ mangga besar girls. And as usual when I go to a "high-end" sauna in Jakarta half the girls knew me and I had fucked them for under 250K some other place. Four out of the six guys in our group picked from the 350K line-up and all reported satisfaction.

While veiwing the line-up a dynamite group of 8 sexy dancers started a show. They had amazing mico mini Devil themed go go outfits. Four of the girls were out of this world hot and some of the best dancers I have seen in Asia. I suspect that you can do a session with one of the girls, but I never got a chance to ask their manager the details before I split.

Overall, if like the mega plex with international buffet venue in Jakarta. I think you willbe quite happy here. The line-ups here smoked what I had seen in recent visits to Alexis Spa and Classic Club.
