During this trip, they had a really important Muslim Holiday that almost took out a good day and half of Mongering. MX had forewarned me about this so as soon as I arrived in JKT, I diligently collected numbers for gals and had everything lined up for the 30th and 31st of December....so I thought.

But alas, when the closures came about, the phone system barely worked on Dec. 30-31, I couldn't even reach my regulars to confirm my outcall appointments by phone, in fact, I couldn't even reload money onto my phone b/c the system was so messed up (millions of people were txting for free during these days). I did manage to txt one of my appointments, but she ended up misunderstanding my poor Bahasa and was visiting relatives about an hour outside of town.

But quite by accident, and driven by an intense libido, I discovered the following availability in Jakarta during one of the bigger Muslim holidays.

1. CLASSIC SPA: Thanks to Iznogood and MX, I discovered that Classic Spa was open. Not the full lineup but plenty of cuties available -- Indonesians, Chinese and Uzbeks. One of the mamasans told me that the "higher end" spas are permitted to stay open (wasn't able to confirm).

2. SIERRA BAR: Although Sierra Bar in Kota was "closed", a papasan was patrolling the front of this house and offered to call a few of his gals to keep me company in my room. 200K rupia per gal.

3. HOTEL TRAVEL: My favorite was Hotel Travel, where the front doors were conspicuously closed but they let guys enter the sofa area via the backdoor through the restaurant. I first didn't understand the setup and actually waited in the restaurant thinking they were going to open up; but then I saw guy after guy head for the back door which said "Billiards" and discovered this entrance lead to the sofa area with girls. 1/2 the normal lineup, and plenty of guys. Girls were in their street clothes in case there was a raid. Same pricing, I believe 280K rupia.

The moto dudes in front of Stadium were telling me there were some locals houses they could take me to during the holidays.

The Muslim holidays in Jakarta seem tricky b/c they fall on the Muslim Calendar and seem to come about unexpectedly and have no fixed dates.
Since this was a major Muslim Holiday, I'd think the foregoing setup would hold true for other Muslim holidays as well.

Well 1st day of Hajj 2009 (big muslim holiday) has turned out ok so far. Did a Chinese gal @ Malioboro (spa is open and turns out only import gals are working). Lots of hot ruskies also. Now waiting for my Freelancer and we will later check out Sumo Spa (same owner as Malioboro).

All the bars/discos/sexy dancers are not open today, but enough quality poontang to keep us busy.

Also, the concierge dude sent me over a gal who was pretty, but a bit heavy, so I sent her back with cabfare. Seems like a potential source for fun if the dude's eye is as a bit more discerning.

Taxi drivers also wanted to show me around but I'll have to check it out later. Best source is collecting numbers as the gals that cant go back to the Kampong due to $$ for the holiday natrually seem eager to earn.

Update on 1st date of Hajj holiday.
After a great session with freelancer in my hotel, I got curious and checked out some moto dude/pimps who brought over a slender doable FL (near Hayam Waruk and Alley to Stadium). They asked for 400 rupia for 2 hrs but we decided to pass and we went back to Malioboro spa and confirmed that Malioboro was opened till 2 am. Papasan told us Malioboro was the only spa open that night. It will open again today at 7pm (after the actual Hajj). Local friend confirmed what I experienced last holiday which was that Travel Hotel (same owner as Malioboro) also is sometimes open during the holidays; but Travel Hotel is not open this holiday.

2nd day of Hajj. There were non-stop muslim prayer calls all night and all morning it seemed that kept me up. Later, I will call back one or two of the freelancers in my rolodex and chill out and get some stuff done.

I anticipate Tomorrow will see a slew of very horney mongers at all the venues. Overall, still able to get some quality sessions.

Hey Mura, yes, corner room. The middle and lower floors, you can still hear the street traffic if you are light sleeper. Should give Mercure another try.

Merl, I was just in town too! I arrived Nov. 24th and left the 27th. Too bad we didn't know each other's plans.

Though, I holed up at my mega rich Indo Chinese friend's home. I also had access to an Audi A8 with chauffer.

Ah, too bad Sf4, next time. I did check out Alexis and drooled big time, I took a chinese gal out that looked like Gong Li the actress. However, I had remorse for a few days as the place set me back big time, kept thinking I could've done 6 STs at Penjay for what I paid. But My indo friends haven't been to Alexis, one of the most expensive places. M

But now that you have been to Mei Mei land and seen the t-3 years younger sisters of the exported chinese girls, at a fraction of the price I thought you would be immune from them now in Jakarta?

Must admit, I still have no control whatsoever when mei-mei's that are 8s and 9s swarm around me like that. I left my credit card @ the hotel and ended The gal i took had the most incredibly perfect body. Service was actually very good as well but she was in her mid-20s.
