If you want quality I'd recommend the bars on Soi 33, Sukhumvit road. They are more expensive (bar fine > 1000 baht, girl for about 1500+) but the quality is much better. They specialize in the upscale businessmen and richer tourists and the only employ the best looking girls (and if you know anything about the looks of even the average Thai girl, you'll know that these are really something - we are talking model quality) I even hooked up with one girl at Club Degas who was an absolute stunner and fresh from the provinces - we eventually got in the habit of waiting until the bar closed (at around 2 a.m.) and she'd meet me on the corner so I wouldn't have to pay the bar fine (1500 baht). Needless to say, I made sure she got a bigger payday for that. Thai girls are wonderful, Noi stayed with me for a week and I left a very happy man. To get to Soi 33 head along Sukhumvit road from Siam Square towards Pattaya and keep counting the streets. Soi33 is about 200 yards along from Soi Cowboy, past the Asok skytrain station.
