This is a new little place in the Jomtiem Complex. They offer very good American, Mexican, Italian, and Thai food at a reasonable price. This place is owned by Scooter and his girlfriend. Be sure to drop by - he'll love the company. During my last trip to Pattaya he treated me to a Thai feast like no other!

Nice to know that Scooter is eeeking out a living while in the LoS. (LOL)
Truth is, I'm glad that things are going well for the "old man." Guess I'll have to drop by on my next trip.

The resturant is more of a hobby for him but he does spend a lot of time ensuring the non-Thai menu is top quality. He also cares about the Thai dishes but has someone else deal with them since he's a Farang (hehe)... This resturant is sort of like a present for his girlfriend. He still has that cushy job from the USA that helps him pay his bills. I've got to hand it to him - he has a lot of energy.

California Cafe is now closed, just around the corner there is a new bar The Blue Note, it will carry the old California Cafe Menu soon. THe bar features Jazz Blues and R&B music along with plenty of girls and Jacuzzi suites upstairs for ST.
