Cheap, clean rooms that can be rented by 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours. Very good security. Reasonable pricing under 1200P per day, much less if you get the standard room. Beware that they scam foreigners by saying that only the "executive" suites are available. This is generally a lie, since I've even been told this in the middle of the day on a weekday. Also, once I turned to walk away, I immediately was offered a cheaper room that just happened to become available instantaneously.
Note that the review is based on the Sogo on Taft, and not the one between Taft and Roxas.
