This hotel is within walking distance of Fields Ave., very close to Margarita Station. It is clean and fairly new. It has a pool and a Thai restaurant,which IMHO sucks. The rooms have AC, Cable TV w/ remote, refrigerator,and hot water. The rates are P900 for a Standard and P1050 for a deluxe. They have one in between for P1000. The front desk is closed from midnight till 7:00 A.M.
ONE BIG CAVEAT, the street leading to this hotel has been known for its high crime rate. Tourists have robbed on this street and tourists have been robbed in broad daylight from Normas Money Changer also on this street (Teodoro ST). If you are traveling there late at night it is recommended to take a trike. I have walked this and other streets surrouding it all hours of the day and night and have never seen any trouble. I guess I have been lucky.
