According to the Wikipedia Article on Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, Thai Airways will start nonstop service from Suvarnabhumi to Clark in October. (Bottom of article)

I think I have finally found my path back to Thailand.

I noticed that as well, but the Thai Air schedules show no sign of adding flights to CRK. Calls to their reservation center get an "I don't know what you're referring to" response. I've been trying to arrange a trip to CRK and then on to BKK, but the logistics are complicated and require a trip to Manila.
Wikipedia is notoriously inaccurate at times, and this might be such a case. But if it happens, that would be great news. Call it the Pattaya-to-AC shuttle.
All sources seem to agree that the Phil. govt. intends to expand CRK and make it the major international airport in the country. The five year plan was announced a year ago, but there's no evidence that anything is happening to bring it about. Big surprise.
