Here are some interesting places there for me:
1) Solano. Located in the north part of Nueva Viscaya, it's got a pretty good local night life scene. Lots of live band clubs playing pinoy rock and classic western rock. A large number of KTV's with bargirls and negotiable prices. Seeing my pinkish white flesh, the hottest girl in one of these wanted 1500 pesos all night, but after I declined and left, she was willing to meet me after work for less (i didn't). Trike drivers will take advantage there, and charge 15 pesos for relatively short distances. But otherwise, this town is one of those filipino night life spots with little foreigner interference. Perfect for you if you hate the white street in AC.
2) I did not see any barfine action anywhere in Ifugao, but.... A) Lagawi MIGHT have it. I didn't see it, but 6th sense tells me its urban enough for it. B) Don't bother trying to pick up girls or look for paid action in Banaue. BUT... the road from Lagawi to Banaue and from Banaue to Mayoyao got plenty of small towns and houses where hot girls live... You can DEFINITELY get numbers from these girls, and meet them discreetly. I collected several numbers but didn't stay long enough to follow up. C) I would not recommend trying to hook up in the small on-foot mountain villages in that province. The standard clothing attire for men there is a 30" machete at the side of the belt. These make great souveneers (a local blacksmith will make you one for 500 pesos or less), but also good deterrents from trying your charms on someone's daughter or sister!!!
In short, the 8th wonder of the world is really magnificent and beautiful, but if you still need more beauty, it IS possible to meet beauties near by
