Sushi in LOS

Hey all, I will be in LOS later this year, and am curious about the availability of good sushi. I miss good sushi quite a bit, having moved to Germany from New York City. I know a lot of Japanese travel to BKK, so I am thinking that there may be some good sushi there. Can anyone either substantiate or negate this?

There are tons of Japanese restaurants and sushi joints in Bangkok, as there is a sizable Japanese expat community. Grab a Bangkok dining guide from hotel lobbies when you get here for listings of some of them.
