Diary Report #1
27 June - 06 July 2002
Sunday
07 July 2003
Folks,
I’ve been here in the PI about ten days now, and I’ve received several inquiries as to “Where are the fucking diary reports?” and “What are you doing over there, I haven’t seen any diary messages?”
One thing I’m not doing is working like you stiffs. I’ve been extremely busy fucking off. Do you know how much effort is required just to keep idle every day? It’s a lot of work. Since I arrived, it seems like there is always someone that wants me to do “something”. Why the hell would I want to do “something”? That’s why I retired and left the States, so I wouldn’t have to do “something” all the time. The only “somethings” I want to do here is eat, screw and sleep. Can you name another “something” more important than those three? If you can, you got your priorities confused. Oh, I forget “drinking.” Ok, I’ll give you that one.
So anyway, here’s the first diary report. I must tell you however, they will be irregular from now on. If “something” important happens, I will report it, but otherwise I don’t see a need to send out weekly reports. If you have a specific question, send me an email and I’ll try to answer it. If you send an inquiry like, “Who did Mary Jane from Blue Nile fuck last night?”, unless it was me, I will answer “Probably somebody.”
In lieu of diary messages, I’m making videos now. I am currently working on one titled “Life At The Orchid Pool”, which consist entirely of clips of young nubile honeys engaging in various aquatic activities in and around the Orchid Inn Hotel pool area. To receive your copy, send ninety nine dollars and ninety nine cents to:

So what’s going on here now? Like usual, everyone’s fucking everyone else, or pretending to. Some guys are catching the clap and some guys aren’t. The billy boys are trying to fuck everybody now too.
Guys are coming to town with pockets full of cash every day and leaving empty-handed. The girls are extracting the cash every day as fast as they can, and spending it just as quickly. Guys are falling in love every day, and girls are getting their hearts broken.
Dudes are still arriving every day and telling BS stories such as “I fucked her seven times last night and made her scream until her tonsils fell out.” Well guys, we all can screw seven times a night, at least in our own minds. When guys come to town and brag they cum in a chick five times in two hours, we locals first of all don’t care to hear it, since we hear essentially the same story every day. Secondly, we seriously doubt you did that in the first place. If you really want to convince us, videotape it and show it on the big screen at the Orchid pool bar. We’ll be impressed for sure then.
Don’t get me wrong, we love a good story and will keenly listen if you have an unusual one. If you tell us you stuck it in her ass and she puked all over the bed, we’ll pay attention. If you claim she got so hot, she jumped out of the bed and ran around the room naked, next time open the door and let her run around outside for a while, so all of us can enjoy the action.
There have been a couple of typhoons around the PI the last couple of days. It started raining here yesterday afternoon and for the most part, hasn’t stopped. It hasn’t been a monsoon but it has been coming down steady most of the time for the last thirty-six hours. It’s enough to get you wet walking around in it. The weather has been fairly nasty the last day or so, but it still beats the hell out of where yall are.
Some of the latest news since I arrived:
There was a guy staying in the Orchid while I was gone that had full-blown aids. Allegedly he had fucked six or seven chicks without a condom. When the Orchid management found out about it, they put a guard on his room, refusing to allow him to leave. Immigration was contacted; they scoffed his butt up and deported him.
Rumor has it that three of the Champagne girls recently tested positive for the aids virus. I don’t know if that rumor is true. I don’t know the names of the chicks either. For those of you who like to ride bareback, just the mere fact of such a rumor puts a scare into your boner, doesn’t it?
The Orchid continues to be the “Place To Stay In AC”. The Flamingo Club by the Orchid Pool, or the Flaming-O club as some of the girls call it, is under new management again. The hotel continues to be full most of the time. Make your reservations early if you want to stay there.
Fields Avenue and the surrounding streets are still torn up to some extent. Walking around yesterday though, it appears that the project is nearing completion. That means it might be finished when you arrive here on your New Year’s trip.
It’s very slow in town now. There aren’t many guys here and the girls are hungry. They are currently very accommodating; the girls I mean, I wouldn’t know about the guys.
I’ve received a couple of questions about rumors of GI~s in town now. I haven’t heard of any here lately, and haven’t heard of any of the local expats discussing such. I didn’t see any evidence of any GI~s out last night. I did hear a rumor that the local Philippino Army General made a statement to press folks that the American GI~s weren’t needed and he didn’t want them back anymore. I have no idea what that might possibly mean.
Nero’s and Blue Nile continue to be very popular clubs. As I have said many times before, I don’t particularly like those clubs, preferring the smaller ones. I think overall you can have a better time out bar hopping in the smaller clubs.
Volcano has some exceptional girls in it now. We were there last Friday night. Based only on looks and body, I saw about ten of them I would take home if I had the opportunity.
Dirty Duck, the old “Happy Hooker” and “Dolphin Street” Club, is a fun place. When you walk in and a chick tells you “I’m a three-holer, would you like a blow-job?”, and then proceeds to give you one right there in the bar, you know you’ve come to the right place. Or as a friend said, “I like the Dirty Duck. It’s where Fields Avenue meets Santos Road.”
The Y bar is also a good club. The girls are a lot of fun and you can play grab-ass with some of them. Get there early before all the good ones are taken.
Rumor has it that the local AC government will close all the various shops opposite the bars on Fields Avenue. That would be all the karaokes, cell phone shops and small restaurants that run from the Jeepney Park down to about the Roadhouse Club. Supposedly all those shops received a letter directing them to vacate the premises by July 01. As of yesterday afternoon though, most of the shops were still operating.
The Golden Gate Club, Cuddles and Splash are still closed.
Construction appears to be continuing on the site of the old TQ bar. It’s boarded up so it’s difficult to tell if any progress is being made. Construction also appears to be progressing on top of the Monte Carlo Club.
Exotica is closed for renovation. So is Misty’s. Cleopatra has re-opened after its recent makeover. It looks better than before I think.
Valentine’s is still under construction and is supposed to re-open soon under the name of “Cambodia”. The White House is a new club going up on the site of the old “Woody’s” restaurant and bar.
The two blow job bars between the King of Diamond bar and the old Splash Club have been torn down. In place a new building is rising. The word is there will be multiple bars in the building, possibly as many as six or seven.
Speculation has it that a new hotel will be erected on the empty lot on the right side of Santos Street, just before the delectable orally-assisted ejaculation centers. Current opinion is that the entrance will face the Chicago Park Hotel.
I’ve heard the lease on the Park Chicago, or Chicago Park Hotel is up around October or so, and the owner is looking to sell. Here’s your chance to come down to AC, invest a lot of your dough and watch your investment disappear right before your eyes; great fun for those of us here who kept our money in the bank, rather than jumping all over this “excellent investment opportunity”. Gentlemen, the best “investment opportunity” you can make in AC is the thousand-peso bar fine. Actually it’s the only investment you should make in AC. You get an immediate and usually highly satisfactory return on your money. Now where else can you find a capital venture proposition like that?
Here’s some late-breaking news that I just heard this morning. These are just rumors so far. I will confirm these when and if I can, but they’re interesting just the same.
First, a new SM mall will be constructed on Fields Avenue. Where and what the time frame might be, I don’t know yet.
Secondly, a buyer has purchased Kokomo’s, the King of Diamonds, Lollipop’s and the Cottontails clubs for 500K U.S. dollars. That leaves Dave Fisher and his Kokomo’s Group with just the Voodoo Club. Allegedly the same buyer is looking at procuring the Chicago Park Hotel.
If the rumor about the sale of most of the Kokomo’s Group assets is true, I think it just demonstrates once again something I was told by a local expat back in 1996 who said “The way to make money in AC is not by running bars, but by buying and selling them.”
I’ve previously speculated in length how changes will affect Fields Avenue as we now know it, so I won’t elaborate on that subject. I will say that I don’t think the changes are driven by foreign tourists coming to Angeles City. There haven’t been sufficient numbers of tourists in the past few years to drive the changes we’re seeing. Rather, I believe with the rapidly increasing Filipino population, more Filipinos are moving into the area. I think the construction of non-bar establishments such as the new casino on McArthur, a large bakery on Fields Avenue and a new SM Mall on Fields (if the rumor is true) are strong indications of this trend.
Anyway, get your butts down here while there are still bars to go to and you can still afford it.
More later from Paradise.

Diary Report #2
07 July - 20 July 2002
Greetings and salutations from Paradise. About the only news to report so far is the rain. It’s been raining now for eleven straight days. It’s not monsoonal rains but comes from all the typhoons in the area. It definitely hampers our pool time everyday. The advantage is that it’s been cool and comfortable here the last week. The rain has been a drizzle with a hard downpour for five to ten minutes several times a day. It’s a pain in the butt but doesn’t interfere with the bar hopping. It’s great cuddling weather too.
Several of us have pooled our resources, bought some lumber and hired a carpenter to build an ark. We aren’t taking every species on board however. We’re loading the ark with AC Bar Girls only. We figure that’s a species worth saving if the floods come.
The peso rate has been hanging in the narrow range of 50 to 50.5 since I arrived.
The Biz Net laundry and internet Shop aka Web Net, out the side gate of the Orchid Inn Pool area, has moved across the street, thirty feet from their previous location. Their internet facilities are no longer available.
There is a new internet center on the site of the old
Archie’s Club - what a great bar that was in 1996-1997, huh? Anyway the new internet center is just past The AGFA camera/photo shop on the left past M-ville, as you walk toward jeepney park. It’s one of the newest, if not the newest, internet shops in town. They have new equipment and their speed is pretty good. All you get though is a keyboard and screen. There are no facilities for uploading or downloading files to a floppy disk. They have the flat screen displays but they are mounted a little too high on the wall. I believe the office girl told me they charge sixty pesos an hour.
The Bomb Squad Internet Center, a block past Misty’s Club on the same side of the street walking toward McArthur Highway, runs DSL connections and is probably the fastest internet center in town. They have one or two PC~s with floppy disk drives so you can upload or download files. They charge fifty pesos an hour.
I reported in the last newsletter that the Kokomo’s Group had sold Kokomo’s, KOD, Cottontail’s and Lollipop’s. Last Thursday I briefly talked to Dave Fisher. He told me at that time they were still working on the deal, that it hadn’t been consummated. I just learned today that the deal fell through. I haven’t verified this rumor and won’t try. The reason given for the failure to close the deal was that the potential buyer could not get a license to run bars in AC. It sounds hokey to me but who knows?
The latest word about the hotel or apartments above the Monte Carlo Club is that they won’t be built. I heard the construction would infringe on the property rights of the clubs on either side.
The Billy Boys are my friends. Every time I come down Fields Avenue and turn left onto Teodoro Street going home, they pick me up and walk me to the apartment. I’ve been offered two free blow jobs by the Billy Boys. So now I’m taking a poll. Is it moral or at least acceptable to accept a free blow job from a Billy Boy in AC? Remember it’s FREE! Send your answer, a simple “yes” or “no” will suffice. Results will be reported later.
After 11 days, the rain finally stopped. We’ve had two hot days in a row now, but it’s great!!
The Cyber Sisters are operating again in Jade Cool in AC in the same building. I reported last trip that they were in business again. They have a sign on the door urging chicks to sign up. I don’t know if they will put their internet equipment back downstairs and re-open to the public or not.
Jessa, a young, sexy chick got naked at the Orchid Inn Hotel pool yesterday. I happen to have my cameras with me. I videotaped her strutting her stuff around the pool area. I also took several photos. I’ve already sent out her photos. Several people have said the photos are “washed out”. I edited the photos on my notebook with an LCD screen. The photos look differently on my notebook than they do on a PC screen. I will check them on a PC soon and see if I can do anything to improve them. If she shows up back in town again, I’ll take some more photos.
Hit the Cottontails Club when you come to town. It’s turning into a neat bar where you can have some real fun. It’s been moved from the corner room out into the center of the building. The girls now dance almost on the floor level instead on an elevated stage. It’s much easier to talk to the girls now. I have found them to be very friendly. The bar also has two sisters that allegedly “go” together. Check out this place and if you are so inclined, give the two sisters a shot.
Gentlemen, if you want me to contact a chick, get her address, phone number etc, I will be glad to do that. However, please don’t ask me to advance cash to one of your honeys here, especially one you just met the last time you were here. I think ninety-five percent of the time you are wasting your money. If you insist though, I will do it for you. You can “western union” your money to:

I will contact your chick and give her your cash, a thousand pesos at a time.
(Friday, 19 July 2002) - We spent the day at the Orchid Inn pool. I commented today that laying around the pool, watching the girls, eating, sleeping, bar hopping and watching the young sexy dancers is every man’s dream. Those of us residing in AC are living that dream. For those of you who have emailed me and asked if I am getting bored here, the answer is “HELL NO!” If you think crawling out of bed on nice July mornings and going to work at 8 AM is better than laying around the pool, swimming and relaxing all day, and bar hopping half the night, you’re crazy.
Sometime early this morning Friday, 19 July 2002, Steve, the manager of the Cyber Sisters Café in Manila was shot and killed. My understanding is that he previously worked in Jade Cool here in Angeles City. The information I’ve received is that he was shot three times in the head, and that police suspect his wife and boy friend. The latest news is that his wife has been arrested for the murder.
The news on TV two nights ago (Thursday) reported that one American ship had put in at Subic Bay. The ship has about one thousand sailors on it. Supposedly they are on an exercise. I do not know if the sailors will be given liberty or how long the ship will be in port. We were out on the town Thursday night and Friday night, 19 July 2002. I haven’t see any evidence of any military in the clubs yet.
Saturday night, the 20th of July, we had a storm move through the area, not a typhoon, so just lots of rain. I was in the apartment texting a friend (sending texts with the cell phones most of us carry down here) and asked him if he had said “the magic words” to his girl friend yet. He texted back asking which words were those, “I’m coming now,” or “Roll over bitch”. I was thinking of those three little words which will get you into unimaginable trouble, “I love you”.
I have expounded extensively in the past why you shouldn’t fall in love with AC club girls, why you shouldn’t believe them, and why you shouldn’t send them money. I have learned in the last year or so that most guys won’t listen, don’t want to know the truth, turn a deaf ear and don a blindfold when they hear or see first-hand accounts of their chick’s unfaithful behavior. Every guy has to learn for himself I suppose, but if you observe your chick engaging in suspicious behavior or get strange excuses from her, or receive such reports from friends when you aren’t in AC, and you ignore them because you think she will “straighten out” when you take her back to your country, most of the time, she won’t. You’re rolling the dice and the odds are definitely against you. If she’s playing around on you in AC, she’ll play around on you back home.
If you just want to get kicked in the balls, come on down and for a cold one, I’ll oblige you. It will be a lot less painful and hurt for a much shorter duration than what the chick will do to you when you get her back to your country.
“Nuff” said.
Talking to an experienced bar girl the other night in a non-bar setting, the dinner table at the La Cantina Restaurant at the Orchid Inn Hotel, I asked her if she was a “runner”, a chick that won’t stay the entire night after the guy has paid her bar fine. She said that she sometimes was. She explained that if she didn’t like the guy, she wasn’t interested in staying with him all night, and would “run” on him, leaving as early as she could escape. If you’re wondering what the significance of that is, it means you don’t get to screw her again the next morning. Most guys I know want a “second round” in the morning.
If you’re wondering which clubs are hot and which are not, drag yourself down here and find out. Briefly, Blue Nile, Nero’s and Volcano have lots of good-looking women in them. Cottontails is a fun bar. You have to go to Dirty Duck. It’s a “hot spot” now. I went to Insomnia a couple of times last week. They have bunches of new chicks and some really nice ones there now. There are still a lot of clubs I haven’t been to yet. Someone asked me if the club “Cambodia” was open yet. No.
BB asked me three days ago what she could do to make me “more happy”. I replied, “How about a blow job?” I’m still waiting to be “more happy”. I hope I can report next time that I am “more happy”.
Yall take care.

Diary Report #3
21 July 2002 – 31 July 2002
“Quotes” From Around Field’s Avenue. Some of these are old but still pertinent:
1. Sign on the door of Garfield’s Bar: “Hot Beer and
Cold Women”, and “We Cheat Tourists”
2. “If you want love, buy a dog. If you want great sex,
get a Filipina.”
3. “Don’t pay for pussy you ain’t getting.”
4. “How do you tell an AC club girl is lying? Her lips
are moving.”
5. “Don’t tell me your girl is special unless she has
three tits.”
The new bread and bakery shop “Wheatfields”, near M-ville has been open a couple of weeks now. I haven’t tried it. Food is not a “biggie” for me. Anyway AC is not the place you want to be if fine dining is your primary extracurricular activity.
Some folks have asked me why I don’t go with a web site in order to post information, photos, etc., about Field’s Avenue and AC. I’ve thought about it but I’m doing email from the room, and so far that’s working out fine. Uploading and downloading large files on a dial-up line is another matter. Until I reach a point where I want to pay for a cable modem or DSL line, and a larger place than where I’m living now, I will continue with email.
I kept track of my expenses for the first month I have been here. The total cost of residing and partying in AC from 27 June to 25 July was about 42,000 pesos (at 50 pesos to the dollar). This includes rent, utilities, food for both Brown Bunny and me, travel expenses for the Brown Bunny, bar hopping, lady’s drinks (only three or four) – everything.
The peso hit 51 to the dollar late yesterday afternoon (27 July 2002).
Here’s the latest poop about the clubs.
G-spot is open. Cleopatra is closed. Lollipop’s is closed for two weeks.
I mentioned in a previous newsletter about the mega-deal to buy Kokomo’s and the AC bar group’s three clubs, KOD, Lollipop’s, and Cottontails. If you remember, that deal fell through. The latest is that the individual or group involved in the previous mega–deal will now purchase Kokomo’s and the Chicago Park Hotel, without buying any bars.
Another deal that is rumored, to be headed by two unnamed AC bigwigs, is that the basketball court in front of the Chicago Park Hotel and the shops on the street (all squatters) in front of the hotel will be cleared out and a food court/bar facility will be built there.
It is also rumored that the Cottontails Club has been purchased by a Filipina woman and her American husband. They are allegedly living in Alaska now but will return to AC to run the bar. The through-way between KOD and Cottontails has or is being walled off.
Another rumor is that the Kokomo AC bar group will build three or four small bars and a bar-grill facility inside the old Splash Club (next door to Midnight Rodeo). The plan is to lease these facilities to other people and take a percentage of the profits.
If this last rumor is true, there will be seven or eight bars in two buildings that are next to each other, as the building in between KOD and Splash is being constructed now. The plan there is as reported earlier, to put three or four bars there also. Combined with a bar and food court across the street (in front of the Chicago Park Hotel), are we looking at a trend toward a “Nana Plaza” motif in AC? My question is, with all these new places going up, where are all the customers coming from?
In the last week or so, there have been several “incidents” reported in the Silk Stocking Club, next door to Treasure Island. I won’t repeat the information since you can find it in the attached M-ville newsletter # 2. The latest incident is that last Friday night (26 July 2002) two Kokomo’s employees went in and blew up a couple of balloons, apparently as a joke, after reading the M-ville newsletter. Their joke allegedly resulted in another “incident”.
Silk Stocking has a Filipino manager or owner. There are several young male Filipino employees plus several young cherry girl dancers. A couple of us were in this club two weeks ago. We did not experience any trouble but we didn’t talk to the cherry girls, concentrating on a couple of the waitresses that were friendly. As to how safe or how good a time you can have in this club, I will leave it up to you to decide if you want to go to this bar. I will not go to Silk Stocking anymore.
My guess is that as the word gets out, foreigners will avoid this club. I don’t believe Silk Stocking can survive solely on Filipino customers. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Silk Stocking close again soon.
Angels, previously the Papillion Club, next door to Fantastic, has 2-for-1 drinks, buy one, get one free. Guys going into this club have reported lots of Filipino customers. It was reported that there were lots of Filipino customers in Nero’s last Saturday night as well (27 July 2002). You can draw your own conclusions as to what effect large numbers of Filipino customers will have on the Field’s Avenue bar scene.
The peso hit 51.40 this afternoon, 29 July 2002. It has risen from 50.20 in the last two days.
Salvatore, the owner of Salvatore’s restaurant, between Road House and the Illusions clubs, died 30 July in a hospital in Manila of cancer. He had been a mainstay around AC for years. I don’t know what will happen to his restaurant.
The poll on whether I should get blow jobs from Billy Boys was 7 against, 1 for. I guess I won’t be hanging my dick out for them in the dark street corners late at night. I won’t tell yall who the one person was that voted “for” the blow jobs.
The peso dropped to 51 and closed 31 July at 51.05.
We have received more rain, rain, rain in AC the last week. The last two days have been particular heavy.
We are starting a new month. I know some of yall are on the way down here in August. I look forward to seeing yall and running up and down Field’s Avenue, chasing the “wimmin”.
Yall take care.
