Located on Maitri Chit Road, very close to Hua Lamphong Station (see map below) in Bangkok's Chinatown area.

Note: Do not confuse this place with the “New Cleopatra” located on Din Daeng Road.

Cleopatra used to be called Harem. It is located just over the canal and up the road from Hua Lamphong Station, Bangkok’s main train station. The easiest way to get there is to take the Subway to Hua Lamphong and then walk a couple of hundred meters from there.

This is definitely a place for those on a budget and not fussy about looks. Prices quoted were 1000 and 1200. I do not know how long the sessions are. I passed, as the lineup at the time was quite scary.
