I first visited Texas in 2001, and did session at the time. This was the first time back for me since. The place is located down a very small alley. Look for the Shanghai Inn, and below it, a Tops store and a Chinese restaurant (these have replaced what used to be a McDonalds). The alley is just to the right of these landmarks. Walk down the alley about 50 meters or so and the entrance to Texas will be on the right. You should see a sign in the alley.
The place is dark, and looks like a beat up pool hall from a Coppola film. I was quoted 1500 for all girls. During my visit, there were nothing but dregs in the bowl.
