Best spot for "freelancers" for your purposes might be CM2 disco in Novotel Hotel or a bit pricier - Spasso in Grand Hyatt Erawan. Both have lots of available willing partners.

The Thai discos are packed with single girls in groups looking to hook up but unless you speak Thai those may be dificult to negotiate. Perhaps if your wife is attractive enough the lesbians or bisexuals will seek you out . More likley the Thai guys will be there first if she's really hot ! hehe

Another option would be the beer bars such as Morning Night or Big Dogs both on Soi Nana across from the Nana Hotel. Obviously not freelancers but a bit more adventursome than the go go girls are likley to be.
