I've been living in South Korea for a year and a half, and frequented alot of the bars. I found one really good one outside of Osan AFB in Songton. It's called the U N Club. The girls there are aboslutly beautiful. They comprise of Koreans, Russians, and Phillipinas. They will usually walk up to you and use surprisingly good english. It's alittle more pricey than other countries (150.00 for a night) but it's well worth it. I did this and the girl took me out to another club where a girl she knows works, and the three of us ended up at her apartment. All in all, I'd say it's worth a look if you're planning a trip to Korea.
