Another excellent value I found through recommendations on other sites. On www.hotelclub.net, I found the Gold Key Superior Room for 1,900 baht a night, including tax.

but to get a better rate, I would use the site mentioned or another site that focuses on bangkok hotels or asia hotels.
The rooms look really nice for that price and the hotel looks fairly new and in a good location. Granted its closer to Soi Cowboy than to Nana BUT right next to Sky Train and easy access to Asoke Blvd which can make for an easier taxi ride to Nana.
