A huge improvement has taken place at Peppermint-a-Go-Go on Walking Street in Pattaya, Thailand. There are now two stages and a bar with topless bartenderesses. The place rocks. 45 baht draft beers after the 7:30-9:30 30 baht happy hours end. Good music. And a lot of people. The dancers are actually dancing here

instead of just tugging the pole. A few lookers. Worth stopping in on a night you plan to hit six bars looking for action.

This place is now called Peppermint Station...I think. The place is well designed and has 45 baht draft beer specials...although the beers are tiny. The bartender girls to the first bar on the left are topless...nice touch. Most improved bar in Pattaya as the owner is the same group from Happy a go go...maybe this is the AAA version before they move to the pros.

Enter up the escalator by the marine disco in walking st,
no cover charge as in most cases in go go bars in Pattaya.
Plenty of seating all around walls and small round tables with stools.Also stools around the stage for closer inspections.
As many as 30 girls dancing in g-strings and black boots.
Plenty of naked dancing and simulated lesbian shows.
Mostly techno music.
This large bar has improved immensely in the last year by employing more girls and a few alterations to the decor and is pushing to be one of the number one go go bars in Pattaya
Prices - 95 baht for bottled beer and same price for ladydrinks.
Barfine for lady is 500 baht.Short time 1000 - 1500.Long time 1500 - 2500 depending on lady.Ask mamasan (madam) for details of lady of your choosing if unsure of the system.
Girls and waitress staff very friendly and up for it in this non hassle establishment.

Me thinks some bar owners are using this site for advertisement after reading this report and Misty's from yesterday. I might be wrong. I like this place too but no need to advertise. These reports are coming from posters who have not posted before then mysteriously make a detailed report on a bar.

Peppermint has been severely affected by the current crackdown in advance of the upcoming APEC summit. Both the sports bar area (where really cute young girls play some games in short skirts) and the milk bar area (where big breasted bar keeps serve drinks) are not the same covered up.

The main stage is still populated by some beauties and the small nude stage has a good selection of girls, but both are wearing bikinis so a lot of the magic has gone.

This place was really hopping while I was there. It is a bigger club, with 6 separate viewing areas. There are two separate stages where 5 to 10 girls dance each. They also have two tiny stages where girls dance with miniskirts, no underwear, and a spotlight that aims upwards. Nice. They also have this little area in the back where two or three girls dance and play behind a glass wall (unfortunately, I think that these girls were not available for bar fine). Finally, they have a little bar area upfront, manned by a number of ample-bosomed and topless barmaids.

It was crowded everytime I went there and justifiably so. My friends and I barfined at least four or five girls from there. Only drawback: waiters instead of waitresses.

This place got so crowded that at times, they posted a sign saying that they were full and to come back in 20 minutes. Only place to periodically check people for cameras going in. They also checked id's of Asians as they prohibit entry to Thai men.

Very conveniently located next to the entrace to Marine Disco.

Another bonus to this place is that a lot of the hot freelancers from Marine Disco come here first before heading over to the Disco. One night when Epi and I were there, there were just as many girls as guys in the crowd....it was heaven.

Hotties abound.

This place has had some of the HOTTEST girls working I've ever seen. Yes, the feature dancers down at Living Dolls Showcase cannot be beat, but the quantity and QUALITY of the regular dancers in this bar is incredible!! Not only are they hot, but there are a LOT of them. I always come in here to eyehump the dancers before grabbing some super-capable skank from Nui's.

Oh, yeah, this is the place that Epi took me to. Lots of fun. The bikinis start coming off as you get closer to closing time.

The best run place in Pattaya right now as far as the go-gos are concerned IMHO.Great hopping atmosphere with a friendly staff.Lots of pretty girls of all Thai types.Would give it a big thumbs up for anybody headed to Pattaya in the near future.

Still going strong. This is a great club. Barfined Nok, (a feature dancer and higher priced at $1,500 baht st and $3k/lt...but well worth the money. This girl will make you happy. She has a self-portrait tatoo on her back...and a body to die for and a face to match. Kept her 3 days, which is a first for me...but that tells you what a great performer she is. I'll write more in my trip report when I return in May.

This was my favorite of the go-go's I visited in Pattaya. Lots of eye candy all around and the DJ keeps the place jumping. Pretty amusing to watch the girls chase after those 20 baht ping pong balls too whenever someone throws them out. One of my bar fines had even broken a fingernail chasing them.

And for the voyeurs among us, the "Gym Studio" section girls jump up and bend over, flashing lots of privates under their mini skirts sans panties, whenever someone tosses ping pong balls over the top into their little section of the bar.

Peppermint is consistently the busiest go-go in Pattaya and has been for some time. In high season they had to refuse admission due to being total capacity. Many people class Peppermint as currently the top go-go bar around.

Lol, PhxGuy about the ping pong balls -- the dancers at Happy a Go Go could easily charge 2500 baht for short time, but they are DIVING for those stupid 50 cent balls. I gotta agree about the voyeuristic thrill of the back fishbowl at Peppermint. When I saw a chick named Jack bouncing and jiggling back there last summer I popped some serious wood, but when she started flashing BEAVER I had to do something about it. The back fishbowl girls had to remain in the club until closing time, but the good news was that if you stuck around until then, there was no barfine and you only had to pay the girl.

My Peppermint girl this trip looked to be about 3x the size of all the other chicks on stage, and her tits were the size of WATERMELONS! Seeing my jaw drop in delight when I saw those things bouncing, I think PhxGuy and Woodway knew I was gonna barfine her before I did.

A few months ago I saw one of the hottest Thai girls that I have ever seen here. She was working the back stage with the plexiglass in front. These girls are able to come out for a drink but can't be barfined until closing.

The showcase girls are on a small stage off to the left side as you enter the bar. The main stage is on the right side.

This bar as usual was packed. Many Asian and Farang customers. Their were a couple showgirls that were hot. As for the main stage I was not impressed as I usually am here. A couple cute girls, a girl with very large tits for a Thai girl, and many average or just above average girls. The girls behind the plexiglass were cute is all.

People are having a good time here. This place will thrive with or without my blessing. I find myself coming in here having a drink and leaving as of late. Less crowded bars are usually more fun Imo.

You would be quite foolish to skip what is classed by many as the hottest go-go bar in LOS right now. Lots of gals lots of fun! FYI. My sources tell me that Peppermint is taking the most cash too out of all Pattaya go-go bars.

Going to Thailand in Sept - first time! A simple answer please.... What is with dancing and nudity/topless/explicit shows. There seems to be a lot of different opinions/ reports expressed in the posts.

Is is true A/ no topless or nude dancing in BKK but there is in Pattaya?

Are there lesbian /dildo shows etc in some/most of the bars? Again... is this different in Pattaya compared to BKK?

Finally... what about actual M/F sex shows ? I know there used to be a lot in the Philippines years ago. Does this happen in Thailand?

The restrictions upon what bars can and cannot do often boils down to the politics within that police district. BKK is the capital and the Thai Gov are keeping a much closer eye upon the BKK bar scene. In Nana Plaza closing time remains between 1am and 1.30am, yet other areas are more lapse. Nana Plaza is under Lumpini Police command and the new Lumpini Colonel is taking no risks. The last Station Commander (Colonel Pravit) was removed from his post following serious enquiries. Therefore with the Lumpini Station Commander being relieved of duty the whole area is under the spotlight. Pattaya laws are currently very lapse so make the most of it!

This club i think is very good. they have a good number of girls and there is for every taste. saw a girl with large tips for an Asian, but, a guy already BFd her. going to try tonight. have some girls behind a glass wall in the back, it will make you pop some wood real quick!!! still, don't think people should pay whatever these gals ask for. sometimes i think i'm on the lossing side, but, trying to keep prices down. ///

Hi Guys, the point I was making is that in mongering terms it doesn't come any cheaper than Pattaya. Like DM says it's not at all difficult to get cheap sex in Pattaya. You are surrounded by cheap sex because that's all that Pattaya is about. I've had a few reports from friends of bad attitudes from go-go BG's in Pattaya, but nobody has to put up with that. Vote with your feet and move on to the next BG. Unless you have "SUCKER" written all over you streetwalkers are almost giving it away! I wouldn't say anybody is an authority on LOS as such, but I have lived here for 17 years and living in the country is invaluable in terms of local knowledge and experience. NB. Low season in Pattaya sees a lot of desperate BG's, BKK is much less seasonal than its counterpart Pattaya. I mean some Pattaya BG's still charge as little as 500 baht, which was the price when I was living in Pattaya in the late 80's! SAy what you want about BKK BG's but they aren't desperate enough to be giving it away for 500 baht.

PATTAYA is hardcore sex tourist heaven! It's LOS Sin City and any monger can take advantage of that. Wicked Willy and a few others highly recommend the soapies in Sabai Land, while others like Epi like the Soi 6 experience. Mind you Wicked Willy was shocked by the violence in Pattaya, but as I said "cheap and nasty" does attract some scum. Personally like Khun Mor I prefer living in the Capital where it's more civilized and sophisticated. Apart from the beach BKK has it all for me and it doesn't stink of cheap & nasty! Of course being the capital of LOS BKK is naturally going to be more expensive. However, glad I'm not in London because it's the second most expensive city in the world...WTF! Hi Marcopolo, nobody can deny Pattaya's increased popularity. Walking Street is often teeming with customers and the BG's are in dire need of customers especially this time of year (low tourist season). BTW great time to visit Pattaya with BG's desperate to offer their services. I can understand mongers taking full advantage of that, but you just have to be more street smart in Pattaya, as there are a lot of CRAZY folks around. Because laws in Pattaya are very lapse, you can see nudity but with lapse laws comes violence and drug abuse. NB. If guys don't fall asleep at the wheel you will have a great time in Sin City!

My personal experience, which in Pattaya is limited, is certainly that it is cheaper than BKK, finding 500 baht short time is difficult in BKK, but very easy in Pattaya. This was no surprise at all. However, girls that perceive themselves as “top-end” want BKK prices here and that did surprise me.

What I would like is the opinion of others on is the attitude vs price equation in BKK and Pattaya.

I found that the attitude of the 500 baht girls in Pattaya was far better than the so called higher end go-go girls who are demanding BKK prices. Some of these girls who IMHO were not in the same class as their BKK counterparts had real attitudes and I am sure sex would have been mediocre at best if I had gone with any.

My experience in BKK is that the better girls are asking higher prices now than say 2 years ago, but their attitude is generally very good and they do not have the same superior attitude to their Pattaya counterparts. This really did surprise me as I would have thought the BKK would be worse on the attitude front.

Comparing freelancers in BKK with freelancers in Pattaya and Go-Go girls in both places too, I found that attitude, class and personality was far superior in BKK, markedly so and again this was very surprising.

Hi Wickedwilly, this is what I mean by being street smart. Pattaya can be full of scum in some areas like the beer bars, unfortunately it's the nature of the beast. Recently a friend of mine was attacked and bitten by a drug-crazed beer bargirl, because he wouldn't go with her! Low class places attract a lot of low class people, however Walking Street is a better class and has increased in popularity quite considerably. A lot of this increased popularity is due to draconian laws in BKK, like the early closing and fully covered go-go girls. Basically IMO avoid the beer bars unless you know the bars well, because the cheap beer bars often attract lowlife cheap charlies. (This affects mongers because only very desperate BG's work in these places). Also avoid go-go BG's with attitude, because there is just TOO much available pussy! As for social classes among Pattaya hookers (LOL), I guess that some go-go BG's think they are a class above the beer bargirls and streetwalkers, but that is more arrogance than anything. A BG is just a BG I've yet to meet one with a pussy made of gold!

I'm with you as far as Pattaya being a relatviely cheap place to screw. However, I diverge on all other points. I don't find Pattaya inundated with more "scum" per se' than elsewere. Ya-- there is some drunk bloaks hanging about here and there... I've never been uncomfortable there in all my journey's and firmly believe that trouble either finds those looking for it or too stupid to avoid it.

The girls-- I find the selecton better in pattaya compared to bkk-- always have.

I would go as far to say that upper-end anywhere usually comes with an attitude as part of the package deal.

I think I need a guided tour of Pattaya to help me find the better looking girls, I probably went into 10 go-gos in Pattaya and did not see one girl who I could really get over excited about, I get back to BKK and I immedietly see a few, for me that is always the case.

As for attitutude I used to find that the nicer looking go-go girls had an attitude in BKK, but in the last 18 months I have had no problems at all. Lots of talent at this place. Very tough to get a seat at this place after 10pm. Lots of girls get barfined here so best to get here early. Very festive atmosphere here and the talent here exceeds any gogo at Nana Plaza except Rainbow 4.

There is now limited nudity in some Pattaya bars. The usual topless dancing is now augmented by special shows with full nudity.

RB-1, RB-2, RB-4, PRETTY LADY, G-SPOT, and ANGEL WITCH, are currently the top performing bars in NEP. Unless guys are total voyeur freaks the main "show" is still in your Hotel room!

In Pattaya "DIAMOND A-GO-GO" was rated as the number one go-go bar recently by Nanapong.com. Most bars in Pattaya are quiet but that means less monger competition and more BG's per guy!

I think they have the hottest bar girls in LOS here!!! I watched one girl one night and then came back the second night and Bar fined her. The only drawback is the bar fine here is $600.00 Baht instead of the usaul $500 in most other clubs.

This bar is like the rainbow go-go's of bangkok. Japanese come here and pay crazy expensive prices. Different girls have different barfine amounts which is a pain in the ass. Plus some girls only work for drinks and don't go with customers (not surprisingly they're hot and don't have to work due to numerous sponsors). Also the best looking girls dance fully naked and are sometimes tough to get. I find this bar to be the toughest one to pick up a decent looking girl for a decent price. Some girls wanted 2,500 for short-time on top of the 600 barfine!!! If I want to pay top dollar I'd rather go the babies where prices are fixed, girls are simple to get, and the chicks are wayyyyy better looking. By the way this used to be my favorite go-go and I always barfined out of here (sometimes numerous times). But the place has really gone downhill in the past 2 years...

Was in here last night, quite frankly I was a touch disapointed.. maybe I didnt have well enough advanced beer goggles but didnt think the quality of the girls was that great.
