1000 pesos. Stayed here around New Year's and it was great for many reasons: very quiet, nice and clean, nice and quiet AC, in-room safe (although mine needed a battery change--always scary that the front desk person has the master key!), and nice shower, mini-fridge, and very basic stuff. No pool, view, or anything like that, but close to Nero's and a short walk to the ATM's and the cheaper mall (I found Saver's to be a better bargain to take a honeyko--for those interested in these things). They also took reservations, as many other places did, with a simple phone call. Also, at times I was able to get a wifi connection from my room.
Only negatives: they didn't take credit cards, so when I didn't manage my cash flow well, I was quite surprised--especially when Angeles went through it's typical ATM "System Down" phase during a busy weekend (New Years). Luckily I had some pesos. . . . stashed in a secret place--heh heh!
It's a short walk to Mo's, Pac B, Wild O, or Orchid for meals, and right there near the heart of the action.

I tried to start a new thread on "Bangkok Hotel" but it renewed a previous thread I started. . .
A little love, admin? Thanks!
