Visit many beer bars and find your soulmate !! I think you could possibly persuade her to travel throughout Thailand.
Do not expect her to know much about any part of the country other than her own region however.

I got a 22 year old from a bar in Pattaya, sent her to Bangkok to get her passport and of we went to poipet Cambodia 4 lots of casino fun.
mind you it would have been cheaper to have had one of the vietnamese woman in poipet.

What KM said. Plenty of bar girls are delighted to travel with a farang in Thailand, especially if you take them places like Ko Samui, Phuket, Krabi, etc.
Just find one you can tolerate for a few days.
