In any big city in the U.S. (or better yet London). As far as mongering, I don't think there's much available. Goa, on the W. Coast of India is probably your best bet, as it is a little more laid back than other parts of the country.

Of course, you can have a r-ship with one here. I've dated a few, and they are (sorry to stereotype) a pain in the ass. I used to not be able to keep my eyes of Indian women. Now, I generally run the other direction. They make Gringas seen kind and gentle.

Also, if you like the darker Indian look like me, you might go after Ethiopian women. I've had some good experiences there. Again, you'd have to be in a big city in the U.S. or London.
