this is probably a question for any aussies out there.the last time i was in Thailand some bloke was telling me about an island in the Phillipines were Aussies were especially welcome.he reckons they were very fond of australians,celebrate australia day etc does anyone know where this is??

There are hundreds if not thousands of Aussies and Aussie ex pats in Angeles City (Luzon) . Many own or manage bars. They celebrate Australia day there as well as Fourth of July and many other western holidays. Never heard of a specific Island devoted to worshiping Australians however.

Just a bit curious also -- What does this have to do with Philippine videos ??
