Next to Phoenix on Malabanias, near Perimeter. Puzzles Cafe downstairs is American run (free coffee/ea refills). Simple rooms, no safe or frig, but the TVs work better than any I've seen in the under p1500 per night lodging. Pricing special on now, 3 nights p2500.
