Briefly toured in early November looking at options. Rooms are ok in furnishings, but a bit small. Hotel has no pool and rooms do not have mini-bars. No mini-bar is a killer. I use them to store and keep my 16p waters and the occasional soda cold. Addition of a mini-bar and a wall mirror would make this a great budget option IMHO. As is, it would certainly fit many guys basic requirements.

Cafe is OK and I ate food out of there twice. Decent price if I recall correctly with the chop suey and rice a fill you up bargin.

Location is very good. Lots of bars in a quick walk and the bar on lower level pretty good. Plenty of food options too. Close enough to Baloy Beach road that a walk to Blue Rock would be OK for most. Dryden's has a beer garden / bar play pool under construction next door that sounds cool.

At 1200p rack rate, if your needs are just a simple modern room in stumbling range of a good majority of the bars with girls without resort frills, this is the place.

500p / 700p 'wash-up' rate, so that could be of use with its location to the bars for the big spenders wanting a ST room if you are staying at one of the fancier far Baloy Resorts or day tripping in.

Well, not great news. No room safe and no mini-bar kills it for me. Too bad, place just needs a couple little things to make it a near perfect modern budget hotel. Still could be well worth checking into for someone on a trip in the future.
