Here are some photos of the card.
Here is the front of the building.
Here is a link to its Wikimapia location. (I think)
http://wikimapia.org/#lat=22.9816909&lon=114.0071815&z=18&l=0&m=a&v=2&search=chang%20ping
It is just a little bit northeast of the city center where the Miraton and Hui Hua hotels are located. The cross-hairs once the link above is loaded should be the building if my memory servers me correctly.
I don't remember much about price for this place, but Murasaki showed me around during one recent trip.
It is a huge three story building. The bottom floor are the showers, locker rooms, pools, and wet and dry saunas. I don't remember what was on the second floor. The third floor has a fresh fruit bar, some refreshments like juice and soda and then also the massage rooms.
After entering and getting a key you are led to the left which is the male locker rooms. You'll be offered warm water and the attendants will help you change and put your clothes away. The lockers are dual magnetic keys, so both your key and the attendant's key will be required to open your locker.
After exiting the locker room you will find a variety of pools that have different temperatures. They are basically nude pools as you are not given shorts. I am told in one of these pools they use to have fish in them that would eat the dead skin off of you, but apparently they took all the fish out.
There are some videos of this on Youtube and I also found a blog entry about this practice.
Inside some of the pools are various spots where you can sit or lay down and have several massage jets shoot water on you.
Around the far side of the pools are the wet and dry saunas and then there are also showers nearby. After you shower you are finally given your shorts, top and slippers.
There was a common pool that was for both males and females as well. You could view this pool as you went up the elevator. Obviously, these pools were not nude pools and there were some families with kids there as well.
On the third floor there were several areas with huge chairs and ottomans. Some had personal televisions. You could simply relax in these, get a foot massage, pedicure, manicure, or whatever.
There was also a fruit bar and soda and a juice refreshment bar on this level. The massage rooms were also on this floor. So after relaxing a bit and catching up with Murasaki, we headed over to get our massages.
There were several options that I don't seem to recall now. Murasaki was particularly fond of the "Hong Kong Style" massage so I followed suit and received the same. I don't recall prices, but I want to say they were in the very reasonable range of 100 RMB to 250 RMB for 90 minutes, I think.
1 US = 6.8 RMB
One other note is that this place is a 100% legitimate massage with no extras available. You are also expected to keep on your shorts throughout the massage. This is not a nude massage.
The massage itself was enjoyable and the lady was skilled. I will definitely be back to Silvery the next time I am in China.
One other note to be aware. Throw the locker boy that helped you 10 - 20 RMB after you are finished. Supposedly they have to pay to be there and work on tips alone.

I just had a recent visit to Silvery holiday. I took an overnight train from Xiamen and arrived in CP (Dongguan East station) at 5:30 AM. I decided to head over to Silver holiday to pamper myself and then get some sleep before going to check into my hotel around noon. I mean why pay for the extra night in the hotel?
So I get there and they check my suitcase at the door, and soon I am washing off the scum of a 13 hour train ride. At 6 AM, then I have the huge jaccuzzi, steam room, and sauna to myself. I total enjoy myself there for about 45 minutes before showering again and putting on my very comfy pajamas. My plan was to grab a double recliner in one of the lounges and catch a snooze.
My idea turned out to be as un-original as it was brilliant. When I get to the 3rd floor I will be damned if there are maybe a couple of free seats out the close to 200 seats they have. I mean there are Chinese people sleeping everywhere! And man I was envious spying them curled up in the jammys wrapped in fluffy down comforters... Rather than to try and find an open space I decide to get a massage.
Here is a pleasant surprise. All of the menus now have English along with the written chinese description and prices. Us whities must finally be making an impact in CP, in fact I have notice more and more places with English menus - small progress but progress for sure. Anyway I decide to get a 1.5 hour oily Hong Kong Style massage, but opt to use the extra large thai massage table.
My massage was excellent, and the girl very thin and attractive. I believe her number was 226. Her massage was so awesome I extended for an extra 45 minute session. I was catching some good zzzz's and getting some serious kinks worker. After the massage I signed the slip and checked of a 30 Yuan tip for her. She was excellent. The cost of the massage was 158 for the first 1.5 hours and the extension was 60. After the massage I was allowed to sleep in the room for another hour or so.
By the time they woke-me up. I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth (every bathroom in the place is stocked with new toothbrushes, etc.. for your use.) By that time the masses had awaken and many were in the restaurant area where the had a very good breakfast buffet (inlcuding omlette and noodle cooking section) for only 10 yuan! I got more than my moneys worth. Then I went and found a big old lazy boy and had them bring me a comforer and a fell fast asleep.
Around noon I was awoked by some phone calls. Then I decided to wake-up with a strawberry smoothy (15 yuan) and coffee (free.) After surfing the net with my smartphone on the Silvery holiday wifi network. I finally washed up, changed and left. My total bill was aroun 280 Yuan plus I tipped the locker room boys 15 yuan.
Overall summary: this place kicks ass. It a tremendous 24 hour asset in CP, and I should go here more often.
With the English menus I now have a clearer understanding of the pice structure. The facilities charge is 98 yuan, which gives you access to the saunas, the lounge, a free drink, and unlimited fruit. Now if you take a 1.5 massage the sauna fee is waived. Now if you don't take a sauna but you are in the lounge and take 3 lounge services such as pedicure, foot massage, neck and back massage, ear cleaning, etc.. the facility charge is also waived.

I visited Silvery Holiday yesterday and it was a Sunday. The place was really busy with families and a lot of kids running around. I guess it must be summer holidays in CP as well. Beside families there were many groups of men as well. Nude swimming pools were a new one for me and somewhat uncomfortable but I got over it fairly quickly as I have faced similar discomfort in some of the FKK clubs. The menu includes both Chinese and English but I could not find the Hong Kong style massage so I picked the Thai massage along with foot massage, pedicure, ear cleaning, and a head, neck, shoulder massage. Something must have lost in translation as I did not get the Thai massage but I did get some other massage. All and all I was on the lounge chair for 3 hours. Had the buffet and then left. I was expecting that they would not charge me the facility charge of 80 RMB since I used so many services but I was charged the 80 RMB and for everything else. I think my bill was 350 with tips RMB and then I tipped the service guy 20 RMB and then 10 RMB to the guy who took me to the cashier as I think he was expecting me to tip him even though I already tipped the other guy. I will go back a couple more times before I leave and will try to get their menu and scan it. Overall, a great experience, a bit too busy but I went there on Sunday so maybe it is busier on Sunday. Will go some other day to see if there are less people.

Something doesn't sound right. Did you go to a massage room for your massage? If not, you didn't get a massage service. They do have some shorter massage programs that you can enjoy in your lounge chair, which is not quite as good but fun if you are hanging with your buddies.
Yeah Sunday will be the busiest day for sure. Also, note it is open 24 hours.

Yes MX. As I said something must have lost in translation. I did not go to the massage room and had all services on the lounge chair. Next time, probably today or tomorrow, I'll be more equipped with my translator and get a real massage. Even though the many services I received at the lounge chair were not bad and had a pretty good relaxing time.

You need to go to the massage desk to book your real massage in the rooms. If the layout hasn't changed, the desk is in the southwest corner of the floor. Stepping off the elevator, turn right, then right again where the end of the atrium is (the first place you can actually turn right). Walk straight past the lounge chairs and you'll see the desk dead ahead of you. Ask for the Hong Kong style.

I went to Silvery Holiday Spa a couple more times on this trip and really enjoyed my visits there. So here is what I think went wrong the very first time I went there. On my first visit when I entered the facility I was greeted by a couple of guys who gave me the English menu right away and giving me the impression that I had to choose what I wanted right then and I ended up picking a few things including a massage. That must have been confusing for them as well as for me and they dispatched someone from upstairs who wrote an order and that is where I think things got messed up and I ended up getting some massages that I did not select and did not get the one I selected.
On my 2nd visit there, I was greeted by different guys and they did not give me any menu and just escorted me to the locker room and left. I put my clothes in the locker and got a towel and then to the nude swimming pools, still a bit uncomfortable, but nevertheless used the swimming pool and other facilities. Also, this time I went back to locker room and got my glasses and iPhone before going upstairs. After that I went to 3rd floor and sat on a lounge and then someone came over from the desk the Murasaki mentioned above and took my order, they also had the English menu and this time I was able to point to what I needed and did indeed go to the massage room and got an excellent massage along with some other services on the lounge chair. Again, I had the lunch/dinner buffet and just browsed on the internet using their free WiFi.
This is a legit place and a great place when you are looking for legit massage or relaxing a bit and it is a nice change from the other P4P venues and you can count on leaving this place a bit more relax, refresh, and rejuvenated.
Thanks to Xenono, Murasaki, MongerX, Merlin and others for documenting this place at CH.
The 3rd time around I spent almost half a day there to get ready for my trip back home and had a great time.

Forgot to mention, there is an assistant manager and his name is "Jacky" and he speaks some English. Not great but good enough to be helpful if you need assistance with anything. He works the late shift but said he can be contacted anytime on the phone by asking the massage desk to call him. I did not really need his help but he came and introduced himself when I went there 2nd time.
