That list did existed and I had the opportunity to read it in the website of Dr Joker more than 1 year ago. Sadly the site went out of service with all that useful information.
Should anyone had saved that list of massage parlors in Bangkok, I would appreciate to receive a copy ...

Ok, I'm totally new to this... but my friends who have been to Thailand tell me that for a mere $10K I could go to Thailand and live well for a year, INCLUDING a couple of gals to take care of my every need. I'm ready for a year or two out of this rut I've been in, working my butt off for 35 years now... but I need a reality check. Can someone tell me if this info is really accurate? Can I really find a place to stay, have money to eat, AND a couple of concubines for an entire year on $10K? I appreciate some experienced advice. Thanks!

You better not expect to go to too many massage places either.

Why not take a little vacation there first and see if you like it?

10K a year? In British Pounds, maybe, but you'll have to watch your budget. If you spend 1000THB/day on girls (not that unreasonable), your sack of gold will be halfed. Eating is pretty cheap (so long as you stick to rice and noodles), but accomodation will be a little expensive if you want something comparable to what you're used to at home (e.g. aircon). Go easy on the beer and babes, live out in the country, and, yeah, you could go for a year on 10K.

Jamablues, Did you ever move to Thailand for a year or two? If so, were you able to stick to your $10K budget?
