Or are they ONLY to be found on the streets?

In AC they are called Billy Boyz. Lots of them hold handz and walk in tandeem through the street singing Pinay songz with raspy voicez. They seem to be "loud" and energetic in comparison to the regular girlz.

I saw some in Cambodia club - stage left. Listening to Linken Park and just to the right upon entering the club.

In Angeles in the early AM there is usually a gaggle of ugly Billyboys hanging out at the end of Santos St just past the new Mexican restaurant. Ya' can't miss 'em.

I never asked but I am quite sure they would go ST for 300 Piso and god knows what disgusting acts they would be willing to perform for it. I am also sure that given a chance they would steal everything in your room if you don't keep an eye on them so buyer beware but hey, if that is your thing they are certainly there to be found.

You might do better in Manila, although I don't know where they could be found (this board does not cater to those tastes, although God knows some members have them). The billyboys I have seen in Angeles are not particularly attractive--in fact, they're downright scary.

There's one bar on Santos Street in AC where they hang out.

Have you thought of a side trip to Thailand? The katoeys there are so feminine that it's hard to tell the difference, and so beautiful that many of us don't find out until it's too late.
