Just posting an FYI for all of you who are thinking about staying at the Blue Rock Resort in Subic Bay. Policy is no outside foor or drink anywhere in the "resort". That includes your room. No guests allowed, and they charged me a 4.8% surcharge for paying by credit card, which is ilegal in the PI.

All in all, give this place a pass. I moved after one night to the Arizona and couldn't be happier.
