Hands down the best in town. Phil will deliver beef bean and cheese, chicken bean and cheese, bean and cheese, bean dip and salsa. Troy from Candy Bar turned me on to this. I had a couple yesterday and OMG, fucking great! For desert I had a spinner from Candy Bar and one more from LIA, sarap sarap.
