I stayed this hotel for 2 nights while in SR. Their website is: www.cityriverhotel.com. It was across a small street from the river that runs through the town. The rooms are large and have an electronic safe, free internet, great water pressure and hot water all the time and the hotel is guest friendly. They have a pool on the roof with a small bar next to the pool. They have a legit in-house massage parlor with cute Khmer girls. For example I paid $25 for an hour massage by two girls. No happy ending but still a very nice massage. When I arrived the hotel sent a driver to pick me up at the airport and I ended up hiring him as my driver. For $25 a day (I would give him a $10 tip each day) he drove me to the temple sites, picked me up for dinner, waited for me and then return me to the hotel. He also took me to a couple of brothels (which I discuss in more depth in my trip report).

Twenty five bucks for a massage? Well, it's good that you got two girls, but for that price you could have had one girl for the whole night.

I stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed the service. I was pretty impressed they obliged with my requests, steamy hot food, and my entire utensil should be boiled in hot water right in front of me and I did not have to repeat this request and they obliged all the time even when there was different staff. I also hired the same driver they sent to pick me up and he can actually set you up with the masseuses if you really like them.
