I will be making a weekend trip to Cambodia in two weeks and was considering staying at the Walkabout Hotel.

I have visited Cambodia multiple times (spent several months in country). In the past, I have stayed at The California 2, The Flamingo, and an apartment.

I tend to spend a good portion of my days hanging out at the Walkabout. However, besides a couple of trips up to their ST room, I have not set foot into a regular room.

The idea of being able to pull a girl from the bar and go straight upstairs to a room is appealing.

Has anyone stayed in or seen the jacuzzi rooms at the Walkabout? If anyone cares to write a mini-review or post a picture of the room, I would be extremely grateful!

The new Walkabout Hotel won't be finished until October (maybe) and Jim has not finished work on the new California 2.

If the Walkabout does not work out, I will probably stay at the Flamingo Hotel again.

Thats news if jim has a new california 2, since the original cali 2 shut jim has been working at sharky`s.

Carn`t help you with walkabouts Bambu, mind you i have picked up freelancers there, vietnamese freelancers do the rounds visiting sharky`s walkabouts and martinis.

Looks as if the new hotel will be much nicer than the old one. I am looking forward to staying there once it is open!
