This is a very good value small restaurant next to the Pheonix hotel on Perimeter road.
The combination of good food and good prices in a clean setting has made this quite a popular place. (Despite the always on Fox News Channel)
Very good breakfast for between 120-155 pesos. For 155 pesos you can get two eggs, toast, two pieces of breakfast meat, homefries and two pancakes. Coffee also has free re-frills. The mexican items here are good for Asia, and probably the best in AC. Also very good is the pulled beef po-boy sandwich. I have yet to find a bad pick on the menu here. I have even had a decent shrimp coconut curry here. Definitely my most regular breakfast place. This place has the same sort of menu but is infinitely better quality and value than the Kokomo's / Margarita station fare.

This place is the best overall value restaurant in AC at the moment. Ate here 3 times and the food always excellent.

Prices have risen slightly. Still the best value in AC.
"Grand Slam" breakfast is like 3 bucks for an insane amount of food.

Puzzles still kicks ass, IMO. Good variety on menu, good value, which is excellent compared to most AC restos.
Half a block down from Candy Bar/Det 5/Miss Magic, et al, means it's right in the middle of lower perimeter action.
